Arcadia Studio is an architecture design studio that incorporates a small shop. It features interior design ideas, small sculpture projects and furniture made of natural materials.

An uncompromising attention to detail allows Arcadia Studio to create distinctive buildings and interior spaces that are cost-effective and enduring. Arcadia provides creative designs that take three very important factors into consideration: clients’ needs, budgets, and the environment. It's committed to sustainable design practices in every aspect of the work and uses mostly natural materials: wood, glass, stone, ceramics...

The studio is easy to find, located on Genessia City, is approximately 5 minutes from Garden Park, located at the corner of 6th Street and Iris Avenue.

As an architecture design, Arcadia Studio offers the following services:

· Schematic/Preliminary design: After consulting the clients about their design ideas, budget, and housing needs, Arcadia Studio comes up with key concepts and rough sketches showing the size, general layout, and appearance of the building or space.

· Development of the design: Once the client gives the ok to the project, the rough concept develops into a real building design with floor plans, the interior and exterior trims and details that give a building style and character.

· Construction documents: Highly detailed blueprints and written specifications and construction documents. Arcadia Studio will solicit bids from a list of contractors who Dray feels are qualified for the project, although the clients can bring their own contractor to bid.

· Construction Administration: Arcadia Studio functions as the owner’s agent, making sure the builder and subcontractors are following the plans and specifications. Dray might even build most of the project himself if it's isn't a noticeable sizable one.
